For 30+ years I have been actively developing my practice as a life coach, healer, teacher, transformational speaker, and shaman.

I’ve studied with experts all over the world in order to create an incredibly deep toolbox to serve each of my clients needs, goals, and outcomes.

My clients will tell you I am really known for 3 things.

Teaching and practicing effective communication. Communication is the essence of our presence in the world. If we are allowing expectations run our communication we are setting ourselves up for disappointment, pain, and difficult relationships (personal & professional.) Finding your enthusiastic YES! The most common thing I hear from people is "I don't know where I am going, but I can't stay here." Let's find what lights you up and fills your heart, remove any of the obstacles to getting there and make it your daily reality.
Celebrating all paths. Having studied a multitude of traditions I find that there are a few common threads that run through each of them. These are the principles that create the foundation of all of my work. Everyone is welcome in my work!
